**Job title**: Business Developer BtoB **Role Summary**: Business development professional responsible for building, managing, and expanding a portfolio of SME, mid‑size, and large account clients in a technical/industrial environment. Drives new business opportunities, leads talent acquisition and team growth, and contributes to corporate strategy. **Expectations**: - Demonstrated success in B2B commercial development, ideally within technical or industrial settings. - Self‑motivated prospector who loves hunting and negotiating deals. - Proactive, results‑driven, with an ambition to shape and grow the business, not just execute. - Team‑player with a positive attitude and strong service orientation. **Key Responsibilities**: - Prospect, develop, and manage a client portfolio (SME, ETI, Large Accounts). - Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities. - Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent (consultants, engineers, etc.). - Lead and scale a future business development team. - Participate actively in corporate strategy and growth initiatives. - Serve as an ambassador of the company culture to clients and partners. **Required Skills**: - B2B sales experience in a technical/industrial context. - Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. - Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach. - Resilience, adaptability, and a results‑oriented demeanor. - Excellent interpersonal communication, professional posture, and customer‑service focus. - Good proficiency in English (international context). - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related discipline. - Relevant certifications in sales or technical consulting are advantageous but not mandatory.
