Job Title: Growth Marketing Lead Role Summary: Dual-phase role starting with 5-6 months in Customer Success to build market insight, followed by standalone leadership in demand generation at a B2B SaaS company. Focus on AI/automation-driven lead gen, strategic content, and ABM campaigns to drive revenue. Expactations: Execute two integrated phases—Customer Success support to inform market understanding, transitioning into autonomous growth strategy execution. Deliver results through both high-touch customer engagement and scalable digital systems. Key Responsibilities: - Phase 1 (Apr–Oct 2026): Manage customer accounts (onboarding, training, QBRs); analyze customer buying patterns to map ideal profiles and buyer journeys. - Phase 2 (Oct 2026+): Design and execute lead generation strategies across inbound/outbound channels; build AI/automation workflows for audience targeting, enrichment, and campaign automation. - Own content marketing (thought leadership, case studies) to generate organic demand. - Execute and measure ROI for targeted ABM campaigns (paid, email, social, partnerships). - Collaborate with CEO and sales teams to refine GTM strategy and expand growth team as scaled.
