Job Description
Job Title: Junior Business Developer (H/F) – Final Year Internship Role Summary: Support the company’s growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring and developing client accounts, and sourcing qualified talent for IT projects. Act as a full‑cycle business developer, engaging with decision‑makers, managing proposals, and coordinating placements of consultants. Expactations: Demonstrate a proactive, outcome‑oriented mindset in a dynamic, start‑up‑style environment. Maintain a structured pipeline, negotiate terms, manage risks, and collaborate closely with senior leadership and technical experts. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct multi‑channel prospecting and initiate contact with prospects and partners. • Present and sell service offerings to decision‑makers, documenting all interactions in the CRM. • Perform market and business intelligence activities. • Expand existing client accounts through targeted actions and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. • Manage consultant missions, including contract renewals, rate negotiations, and proposal drafting. • Respond to tenders and formalize service agreements. • Guide candidates through placement: CV review, coaching, interview preparation, and post‑placement debriefs. • Identify and recruit suitable personnel (employees or freelancers) to meet client needs. • Maintain accurate candidate and client data within the ERP system. Required Skills: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to persuade and build rapport. • Analytical, structured mindset for opportunity detection and pipeline organization. • Negotiation skills to defend proposals and close deals. • Autonomous, proactive initiative and willingness to propose solutions. • Attention to detail, organization, and adherence to processes. Required Education & Certifications: • Minimum of a Master’s level degree (Bac+5) from a business school or equivalent. • At least 6 months of business development experience preferred.
