Job Description
**Job Title:** Client Success Executive – Partnerships **Role Summary:** Serve as the primary liaison between platform partners and their downstream clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, adoption, and retention of ValidiFI’s products delivered via partner integrations. **Expectations:** - Achieve high levels of client satisfaction, usage, and renewal within the partnership channel. - Own the full client lifecycle from onboarding to expansion and renewal. - Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve partner and client outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the main point of contact for partner‑sourced or partner‑managed clients. - Lead onboarding and integration enablement for new partners and their clients. - Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with partners and downstream clients. - Conduct joint business reviews and advocate for client needs within ValidiFI. - Track performance metrics (usage, adoption, ROI) and communicate insights to stakeholders. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to optimize processes. - Identify and pursue opportunities for product expansion and revenue growth. **Required Skills:** - 1–3 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Partnerships Support. - Strong written and verbal communication; adept at relationship building. - Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. - Familiarity with technical products or integration workflows. - Analytical mindset for tracking KPIs, interpreting data, and providing insights. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (no specific certifications required).
