**Job Title** Commercial Account Manager **Role Summary** Drive account growth and retention for a commercial insurance portfolio. Manage relationships with existing clients, secure new business, oversee renewals, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver superior service. **Expectations** - Deliver consistent revenue growth through upselling and cross‑selling. - Maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates. - Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to renewal rates, new business targets, and customer feedback. **Key Responsibilities** - Cultivate and manage a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring robust communication and service delivery. - Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts. - Handle all aspects of contract renewal, including terms negotiation, pricing, and documentation. - Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and solutions tailored to client needs. - Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and product teams to resolve client inquiries and deliver solutions. - Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records in Acturis and CRM systems. - Monitor industry trends and client feedback to inform account strategy. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance broking experience. - Proven renewal and account management expertise. - Proficiency in Acturis insurance software. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field. - Industry‑certified qualification in insurance (e.g., MCI, FSC, or equivalent) preferred. ---
