Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and secure new properties for the seasonal rental portfolio. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with property owners and tenants. - Draft, review, and manage rental agreements and related documentation. - Oversee administrative tasks: record keeping, invoicing, and compliance with local regulations. - Coordinate marketing efforts to sustain high occupancy rates. - Monitor property performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders. Required Skills: - Knowledge of rental management principles and seasonal rental regulations. - Proven sales and negotiation experience in a client‑facing role. - Strong contract administration and documentation skills. - Proficiency with office software (MS Office, CRM, property management tools). - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. - Professional certification in property or real‑estate management (e.g., RICS, NAR, or equivalent) preferred.
