Job Title: Solutions Engineer – Cybersecurity & Fraud Prevention
Role Summary
Provide pre‑sales support and technical expertise to banks and financial institutions, positioning AI‑driven fraud prevention solutions as a cyber‑first defense.
Expectations
- Engineer technical solutions for enterprise security environments.
- Build trust with CISOs, security leaders, and fraud teams.
- Deliver on technical discovery, PoC, and proof‑of‑concept engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate daily with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Product Engineering.
- Engage with CISOs to address perimeter security, threat mitigation, and real‑time fraud management concerns.
- Coordinate with fraud teams to align Cleafy’s cyber‑first approach with fraud risk strategies.
- Lead technical discovery calls, solution demonstrations, and PoC deployments.
- Conduct Technology Deep Dive meetings and guide customers through integration with SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, TXM, ADC, and network stacks.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams.
- Represent the product at security conferences, industry panels, and executive roundtables.
- Contribute to RFI/RFP responses, security assessments, and technical discussions.
Required Skills
- 3+ years in pre‑sales, sales engineering, customer success, professional services, or security consulting focused on enterprise cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or digital risk.
- Deep knowledge of cyber threats, malware, fraud attack chains, and modern security architectures.
- Hands‑on experience with SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, ADC, and network security solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to developers, security teams, and executives.
- Public‑speaking experience at cybersecurity conferences, industry panels, and executive roundtables.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
