Job Title: Generative AI Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and deploy generative AI and large language model (LLM) solutions that enhance sales effectiveness, customer insight generation, and decision-making processes. Expactations: Deliver high‑performance, production‑ready AI systems that translate complex business challenges into scalable technological solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Build and operationalize GenAI/LLM pipelines to support sales, marketing analytics, and strategic decision frameworks. - Apply advanced ML techniques—including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, model evaluation, fine‑tuning, and reinforcement‑learning (RL) methods—to improve model accuracy and relevance. - Translate abstract business problems into concrete, scalable AI architectures using Python, SQL, and contemporary AI tooling. - Conduct systematic experimentation and performance optimization of LLM deployments for continuous improvement. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Python and SQL for model development and data manipulation. - Experience with GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers) and LLM APIs. - Skilled in RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation metrics, fine‑tuning, and RL‑based optimization. - Strong understanding of AI deployment pipelines, MLOps practices, and scalable system design. - Ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications and production workflows.
