Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, launch, and maintain the organization’s quality management system. 2. Develop and deliver training programs for site personnel on quality control and assurance. 3. Recruit, assign, and manage a dedicated quality workforce, including performance evaluation and professional development. 4. Create inspection and test plans, accompanied by check sheets, to meet project‑specific requirements. 5. Establish and monitor KPIs for quality assurance, track non‑conformances, coordinate corrective actions, and identify improvement opportunities. 6. Job title: Project Manager (EPC / Construction) Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end delivery of medium–large electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring safe, on‑time, within‑budget completion that meets scope, quality, and regulatory standards. Expactations: Deliver projects on schedule, within approved budgets, maintain high safety and quality levels, manage stakeholder expectations, and continuously improve project performance.
