**Job Title**
Growth & Marketing Manager (Gender inclusive)
**Role Summary**
Drive the growth of RandomCoffee through data‑driven marketing initiatives, outbound lead generation, content creation, and event coordination. Collaborate directly with the founding team to scale current operations and launch a new flagship product.
**Expactations**
- Deliver measurable outcomes in lead acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Apply test‑and‑learn mindset to optimize campaigns, content, and site experiences.
- Communicate analytics insights to stakeholders and influence strategy.
- Maintain brand consistency across digital channels while experimenting with new formats.
- Operate autonomously with short‑term deliverables and long‑term vision.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute targeted outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn outreach, automated sequences).
- Manage lead qualification and nurturing flows in HubSpot, Intercom, or Customer.io.
- Perform A/B testing, monitor KPI dashboards, and produce performance reports.
- Create and distribute LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and social media content.
- Organize tech/RH events (online and in‑person), handling logistics, pre‑ and post‑event communication.
- Publish and A/B test Webflow pages; conduct SEO optimization for blog, landing pages, and product content.
- Design marketing assets (landing pages, graphics) using Figma, Canva, or similar tools (bonus).
- Optional: oversee Facebook, Instagram, and X community engagement and content strategy.
**Required Skills**
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Intercom, Webflow, and Customer.io.
- Strong analytical mindset: able to set up, interpret, and act on data rather than merely execute.
- Content creation with an eye for design, branding, and storytelling.
- Comfortable with experimentation, rapid iteration, and learning from metrics.
- Self‑starter, autonomous, and collaborative with founders.
- Familiarity with event promotion and logistics.
- Bonus: experience with Figma, Canva, and social media management.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (HubSpot Marketing, Google Analytics, or similar) are a plus but not mandatory.
