Job Title: Associate, Investments Role Summary: Support investment management and execution, focusing on financial analysis, due diligence, and transactional strategy for infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct financial modeling and industry research for Greenfield/Brownfield opportunities. - Lead or assist in due diligence (technical, financial, ESG, legal) and risk assessment. - Prepare Investment Committee materials, deal memos, and presentations. - Monitor portfolio performance, conduct scenario analysis, and support acquisitions. - Assist client relationship management and portfolio company operations. Required Skills: - Advanced financial modeling and analysis capabilities. - Due diligence expertise (financial, technical, ESG, regulatory). - Market trend analysis and investment structuring. - Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration. - Proficiency in ESG risk assessment and sustainable infrastructure frameworks. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s in Finance, Business, or related field. - CFA/CA/CIMA certification preferred. - Strong technical foundation in infrastructure or capital markets.
