**Job Title:** Implementation Manager **Role Summary:** Lead implementation and onboarding of enterprise SaaS platform for clients (Tier 1 Retailers, Wholesale Distributors). Requires expertise in logistics, supply chain, and cross-organizational communication, with an emphasis on client-facing project execution. **Expectations:** - Manage 3-5 implementations annually, scaled by project scope. - Demonstrate willingness to travel and collaborate across global time zones. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise SaaS implementations. - Translate client needs into technical specifications (e.g., user stories, wireframes). - Analyze supply chain, logistics, and e-commerce processes to scope projects. - Gather and document functional requirements for large-scale clients. - Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure successful deliverables. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years implementing enterprise software/SaaS applications. - Project management proficiency with tools (clickUp, Jira, MS). - Deep understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, logistics, and supply chain systems. - Outstanding cross-functional communication and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field (MBA preferred). - Preferred certifications: PMI-ACP, CAPM, or similar (not mandatory).
