Job Title: Customer Success Manager Role Summary: Lead and manage enterprise accounts for a Salesforce‑centric SaaS product, acting as both strategic advisor and technical consultant to ensure seamless integration, adoption, and long‑term success. Expectations: - Own relationships with the largest, most complex enterprise customers. - Drive retention, expansion, and contract renewal. - Deliver measurable impact on customer health and product adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain trusted partnerships with executive sponsors and RevOps leaders. - Lead enterprise onboarding, technical configuration, and enablement plans. - Serve as the technical liaison between customer teams and product, engineering, and support. - Monitor account health, usage trends, and adoption metrics; recommend actions. - Conduct quarterly business reviews, identify growth opportunities, and advocate for customer needs. - Manage annual contract renewals and maintain long‑term relationships. - Develop scalable best‑practice playbooks for enterprise success and expansion. Required Skills: - 5+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Salesforce consulting for enterprise SaaS/SI. - Deep knowledge of Salesforce: data model, automation, advanced configuration. - Strong ability to manage multi‑stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams. - Experience with complex integrations, security reviews, and compliance. - Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and consultative selling skills. - Strategic thinker capable of translating business goals into technical execution. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. - Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
