Job Description: Job Title: Software Development Engineer, AI Role Summary: Early‑career engineer focused on building human‑in‑the‑loop AI tools that empower civic engagement. Develop and integrate large language models, RAG workflows, and agentic systems into web, mobile, and backend products on AWS. Expactations: - Deliver high‑quality code in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional team. - Conduct experiments, analyze results, and communicate findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Maintain responsible AI practices, addressing bias, limitations, and performance.
