**Job Title** Field Sales Account Executive **Role Summary** Drive revenue growth by prospecting, nurturing, and expanding opportunities within an existing book of business. Utilize consultative selling to identify new revenue streams and close recurring‑service contracts, while maintaining strong relationships with key decision‑makers. **Expectations** - Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs. - Engage in outbound selling to uncover incremental revenue. - Manage a robust pipeline and close recurring‑revenue deals. - Travel up to 30 % of the time to serve assigned accounts. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and close new business opportunities within the assigned account base. - Build and expand relationships with current customers, ensuring high‑level satisfaction and renewal. - Review service and contractual agreements, advising on resolutions and upsell options. - Develop account strategies to uncover all potential opportunities. - Understand customer needs and decision‑making processes to craft optimal business solutions. - Employ Salesforce and communication platforms to capture, manage, and report pipeline activities. - Partner with Customer Care teams to strengthen customer relationships. - Maintain knowledge of competitive markets and effective sales techniques. - Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers. **Required Skills** - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, specifically in recurring‑revenue services. - Strong outbound selling activity and prospecting skills (e.g., ZoomInfo). - Excellent verbal and written communication; prompt responsiveness. - Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). - Detail‑oriented, organized, and effective time‑management. - Entrepreneurial spirit, competitive mindset, and a passion for success. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). - Minimum of 2 years’ experience with proven performance in exceeding sales quotas for recurring‑revenue services. - Experience in B2B or food‑and‑beverage sectors is a plus. - Legal authorization to work permanently in the posting country.
