**Job Title:** Business Analytics Intern **Role Summary:** Provide data analysis, reporting, and insight generation to support business decisions and cross‑functional initiatives. **Expectations:** Deliver clean, validated data sets and timely analyses, collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Product, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Acquire, clean, and validate data from multiple sources. - Analyse business performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. - Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, and Power BI. - Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations. - Document methodologies, assumptions, and processes for transparency and reproducibility. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data quality and relevance. **Required Skills:** - Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). - Basic SQL knowledge or strong willingness to learn. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and detail‑orientation abilities. - Clear communication of insights to diverse audiences. - Organizational and time‑management skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
