Job Description
Job title: Business Development Manager Role Summary: Lead commercial growth by identifying, developing, and closing B2B opportunities across a range of services including social support, company coaching, competency assessments, and professional orientation. Drive revenue by crafting tailored proposals, managing client relationships, and ensuring project delivery aligns with client expectations. Expactations: - Minimum 5 years of B2B commercial development experience, preferably in training or HR consulting. - Proven track record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals. - Ability to work autonomously with a results‑oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and expand overall business activity to support company growth. - Promote and sell a portfolio of services with customized solutions for B2B clients. - Identify and secure private funding opportunities. - Prospect new clients and partners, building a professional network. - Conduct needs assessments and propose suitable solutions. - Draft commercial proposals, prepare quotes, and negotiate contracts. - Provide ongoing client support, including diagnostics, financing assistance, and project follow‑up. - Maintain client loyalty and manage the entire sales cycle to project completion. - Prepare regular sales activity reports and contribute to commercial strategy. - Coordinate internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client communication. - Monitor project budgets and uphold financial responsibility. Required Skills: - Strong business acumen and commercial awareness. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to devise effective solutions. - High level of autonomy, prioritization, and stress management. - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in sales or business development (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Leader, B2B Sales Certification) are preferred.
