Job Title: 12‑Month Economics Internship with Active Travel England Role Summary: 12‑month internship for economics undergraduates or postgraduates focused on active travel. Interns support senior economists, social researchers and data scientists in data analysis, economic modelling, evidence synthesis and stakeholder communication to inform investment decisions and policy development for walking, cycling and wheelchair access. Expectations: Structured learning programme with opportunities to pursue personal areas of interest. Work in a multidisciplinary team, contribute to real‑world projects, develop advanced analytical and communication skills, and gain exposure to public sector policy making and evaluation.
