**Job Title:** Marketing Associate
**Role Summary:** Early‑career marketing generalist responsible for executing multi‑channel demand‑generation campaigns (paid media, email, SEO, webinars, events, partnerships, social). Works cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and leadership to translate strategy into tangible pipeline growth and revenue impact.
**Expectations:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Execute campaigns across paid media, email, SEO, webinars, events, partnerships, and social platforms.
- Draft copy for emails, landing pages, social posts, event materials, case studies, and other assets.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure high‑quality creative execution.
- Conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and apply insights to improve performance.
- Manage marketing automation, CRM updates, list building, and campaign setup.
- Partner with Sales to assess lead quality and address messaging gaps.
- Align with Product Marketing on positioning and campaign messaging.
- Support leadership with research and special projects as needed.
- Quickly launch high‑impact initiatives such as webinars or target account lists.
**Required Skills:**
- Multi‑channel campaign execution (paid, email, SEO, events, social).
- Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
- Basic design sense and collaboration with creative resources.
- Data‑driven mindset: testing, analytics, and performance optimization.
