**Job Title** Marketing Director / Retirement Counselor **Role Summary** Lead marketing initiatives and resident acquisition for a senior living community. Manage lead generation, CRM, community promotion, and the admission and onboarding process. Coordinate with families, residents, and staff to maintain occupancy goals and a positive community image. **Expectations** - Achieve and exceed monthly occupancy benchmarks. - Present community benefits compellingly to prospects. - Maintain a professional image in all interactions. - Exhibit compassion, uplifting spirit, and strong customer service. - Demonstrate flexibility for relocation and travel as required. **Key Responsibilities** - Effectively follow up on all leads, tours, reservations, and inquiries. - Use CRM software to track contacts, opportunities, and pipeline. - Execute the strategic marketing plan and develop new resource materials. - Conduct morning rounds to ensure facilities are tour‑ready. - Assist with administrative tasks, front‑office duties, and press‑release writing. - Serve as liaison between families, residents, and community staff. - Resolve resident complaints and grievances promptly. - Attend community events, family potlucks, and other engagement activities. - Gather accurate admission information and facilitate the admissions process. **Required Skills** - Advanced communication, both written and verbal. - Strong customer‑service orientation and time‑management. - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. - Physical ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 15 lb. - Compassionate, uplifting demeanor suitable for non‑medical senior care. - Ability to travel and relocate as required. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of 60 college or continuing‑education units. - Current first‑aid and CPR training preferred. - Prior experience working with older adults is preferred.
