Job Title: Front Office Team Member Role Summary: Deliver exceptional front‑desk service for a luxury hotel, managing guest arrivals, reservations, payments, and inquiries while maintaining a polished lobby environment and ensuring guest satisfaction from check‑in to departure. Expactations: - Guest‑first attitude with proactive engagement. - Professional handling of concerns and escalations. - Ability to upsell rooms, amenities, and services. - Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome, check‑in, and check‑out guests with accuracy and courtesy. - Manage reservations, payments, and guest inquiries via PMS and communication channels. - Provide personalized recommendations and coordinate with internal departments for guest requests. - Resolve issues confidently, taking ownership and ensuring timely solutions. - Upsell accommodations, amenities, and hotel services. - Respond to emails and online inquiries promptly and courteously. - Maintain front desk presentation, lobby standards, and overall guest environment. - Organize special occasions and deliver in‑room amenities for VIPs and celebrations. - Assist with guest luggage, information provision, and booking services as needed. Required Skills: - Experience in luxury or high‑end hospitality preferred. - Strong communication, presentation, and customer‑service skills. - Proficiency with PMS systems and multitasking under pressure. - Confident, professional demeanor with a warm, polished appearance. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Required Education & Certifications: - High‑school diploma or equivalent. - Hospitality or customer‑service related certification is an advantage.
