**Job Title** NORY Summer Operations Internship **Role Summary** A full‑ or part‑time internship focused on supporting the daily operations of a large STEM camp program. Interns will assist with staffing, logistics, inventory, administrative tasks, and cross‑department coordination to ensure smooth camp execution for thousands of children. **Expectations** - Work closely with leadership and multiple departments in a fast‑growing startup. - Deliver timely, accurate reports, registrations, correspondence, and contract drafts. - Develop and maintain operational systems (materials, staffing, calendars). - Proactively identify and solve root‑cause problems, proposing practical solutions. - Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and a data‑driven decision‑making approach. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Assist with camp material procurement and inventory management. 2. Support staffing processes: scheduling, onboarding, and shift coordination. 3.
