Job Description
**Job Title:** Customer Onboarding Specialist, Americas **Role Summary:** Responsible for configuring Actabl’s SaaS hospitality platforms, guiding new hotel clients from initial setup through hand‑off to Customer Success. Ensures timely, high‑quality deployments, delivers training, provides technical support, and contributes to process improvement. **Expectations:** - Deliver onboarding projects on schedule and within scope. - Achieve high customer satisfaction and adoption rates. - Identify and mitigate implementation risks early. - Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge sharing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and Customer Success to define client requirements and project scope. - Configure Actabl applications per customer needs and best practices. - Conduct remote/on‑site training sessions to ensure user proficiency. - Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues during implementation. - Create, update, and distribute implementation documentation and training materials. - Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, tracking timelines and deliverables. - Communicate progress, set expectations, and provide regular status updates to clients. - Escalate risks or issues to management promptly. - Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding processes and tools. - Support Level 2/Level 3 specialists and assist with data entry and configuration tasks as needed. **Required Skills:** - 2+ years SaaS platform configuration and customization experience, preferably in the hotel industry. - Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to train and support end users. - Proven problem‑diagnosis and troubleshooting skills (technical and non‑technical). - Ability to analyze business processes and align them with software functionality. - Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; capable of prioritizing work queues. - Proficiency in creating and maintaining product documentation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered. - No specific certifications required, though SaaS, project management, or hospitality technology certifications are a plus.
