Job Description

**Job title** Web Developer – C# **Role Summary** Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality web applications using C# and .NET technologies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet business requirements. **Expectations** - Produce clean, well‑documented code that adheres to coding standards. - Deliver features on time and within scope. - Continuously improve application performance, security, and usability. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and extend ASP.NET Core MVC/Web API projects in C#. - Write reusable, testable code and associated unit/integration tests. - Consume and expose RESTful services; integrate with third‑party APIs. - Work with front‑end developers to integrate HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Diagnose, debug, and resolve production issues. - Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and knowledge sharing. - Collaborate with product, design, and QA to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria. - Deploy applications to Azure or on‑premise environments following CI/CD pipelines. **Required Skills** - Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+. - Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Razor Pages, or Web API. - Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and SQL. - Familiarity with client‑side technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Blazor). - Experience using Git, Azure DevOps, or equivalent version control & build tools. - Knowledge of authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT, ASP.NET Identity). - Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and performance‑tuning abilities. - Ability to write clear, maintainable documentation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or equivalent preferred.
