Job Description

**Job title**: Solutions Engineer **Role Summary** Accelerate the enterprise deployment of an AI Operating System while ensuring rapid value delivery. Architect integration between the client’s data stack and the AI platform, deliver functional prototypes, scale them to production, and feed insights back to product engineering. **Expectations** - Own the customer’s technical success and drive a 20/80 outcome-focused delivery. - Translate complex distributed‑systems concepts into actionable roadmaps for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Manage end‑to‑end technical delivery, from data ingestion to production‑grade AI deployment, maintaining speed and reliability. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead the full deployment lifecycle of the AI OS, prioritising minimal time‑to‑value. - Design robust interfaces that connect the AI stack with legacy systems, data warehouses, and cloud infra. - Build rapid prototypes demonstrating business use cases; partner with engineering to elevate prototypes into scalable solutions. - Harden systems and enforce engineering standards on high‑velocity releases. - Collect field feedback and collaborate with Product Engineering & R&D to iterate platform features. **Required Skills** - Proficient in Python; able to debug, optimise, and script. - Experienced with AI‑assisted coding practices and risk management. - Hands‑on with AI orchestration (RAG, knowledge graphs, agentic frameworks, LLM‑reasoning). - SQL expertise and familiarity with enterprise data pipelines (Snowflake, Databricks). - Comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, and a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Knowledge of distributed systems, high‑performance networking, or decentralised workloads. - Strong oral & written communication; capacity to distil technical details for diverse audiences. - Pragmatic mindset focused on delivering tangible value over theoretical perfection. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience). - Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes) preferred.
