**Job Title:** Global IT Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead and evolve the enterprise-wide IT foundation across multiple countries. Own identity, device, collaboration, and security platforms while establishing a unified operating model for distributed teams and vendors. Drive scalable, compliant, and secure architecture that supports rapid growth, acquisitions, and cross‑border collaboration.
**Expectations**
- Deliver a cloud‑first IT environment that aligns with ISO 27001 and other compliance frameworks.
- Scale the function in line with headcount, geography, and acquisition activity without compromising agility or security.
- Provide clear ownership, SLAs, KPIs, and documentation for all IT activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Strategic Direction & Roadmap** – Design and execute a multi‑year roadmap covering security maturity, automation, platform consolidation, and cost/people efficiency.
2. **Operating Model Leadership** – Define strategy, architecture, and operational standards; unify internal teams, acquired talent, and regional managed‑service providers under common tools and processes.
3. **Core Platform Ownership** – Manage identity (Zoho Directory, role‑based access), device and endpoint management, Google Workspace, core security tooling, office networking, and telecoms.
4. **Consultative System Governance** – Serve as the security, identity, and architecture authority for CRM, finance, marketing, and analytics platforms, ensuring system consistency and vendor risk controls.
5. **M&A Integration** – Conduct technical due diligence, assess identity, device, SaaS, and security posture; lead integration of users, devices, access models, SaaS rationalization, and internal IT teams; produce repeatable playbooks.
6. **Security & Compliance** – Elevate the organization’s security posture, implement security baselines, audit readiness, and maintain ISO 27001 alignment.
**Required Skills**
- Global team management and cross‑border stakeholder engagement
- SaaS‑first architecture design and cloud security (Identity & Access Management, UEM, SaaS onboarding/offboarding)
- Device lifecycle, licensing optimization, and telecoms management
- Security frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, etc.
- Automation and workflow orchestration (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell)
- Project and vendor management (KPIs, SLAs, escalation)
- M&A integration experience (technical due diligence, vendor and system consolidation)
- Strong communication and influence skills across technical and business audiences
- Problem‑solving in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, Microsoft Azure/AWS/GCP “Solutions Architect” or equivalent, Google Cloud Certified Professional, or equivalent security/architecture credentials.
