Job Description

Job Title Software Engineer – Full Stack Role Summary Develop, test, and maintain production‑grade full‑stack applications for AEC workflows. Collaborate with senior engineers to design scalable Python backends and React frontends, integrate REST APIs, and deploy containerized services on AWS. Progress from contributing code to owning complex features while supporting data pipelines and system reliability. Expactations • Take ownership of small to medium features from design through release. • Deliver clean, documented, high‑quality code that meets enterprise standards. • Continuously learn and apply modern cloud, CI/CD, and observability practices. • Communicate effectively in a fast‑paced, agile team environment. • Show initiative, problem‑solving ability, and a growth mindset. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain end‑to‑end features using React and Python. - Design, implement, and consume RESTful APIs. - Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives. - Develop and manage PostgreSQL/MySQL schema and queries. - Containerize services with Docker; deploy on AWS Lambda/ECS. - Support and extend data pipelines for AEC project data. - Document implementations, runbooks, and knowledge base articles. - Collaborate on debugging, performance tuning, and reliability improvements. Required Skills - Python programming with backend service/API experience. - React.js with modern JavaScript/TypeScript. - SQL and relational database design (PostgreSQL or MySQL). - Git version control, branching workflows. - Docker fundamentals and basic cloud‑native concepts. - Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and communication skills. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (recent graduates welcome).
