Job Title: Solutions Engineer (Azure / Salesforce)
Role Summary: Embedded technical partner for wealth‑management clients, translating business needs into AI‑powered Azure and Salesforce automations, delivering production-ready solutions and maintaining long‑term client relationships.
Expactations: Own end‑to‑end client implementations, from scoping and design through deployment and post‑launch support; define reusable deployment templates; actively collaborate with leadership to refine delivery processes; communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client discovery calls and scope automation requirements.
- Design, build, and test Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Data Factory, and Power Automate workflows.
- Integrate Salesforce (Flows, Apex, LWC) with custodians, financial planning tools, and other enterprise systems.
- Deploy AI/LLM agents via Azure AI Foundry / OpenAI APIs and configure ongoing training.
- Deploy, configure, and monitor solutions in client Azure tenants.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot performance issues, and document resolution.
- Translate successful client deployments into reusable templates for future projects.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years hands‑on Azure experience (Logic Apps, Functions, Data Factory, Power Automate).
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript and SQL.
- Experience with AI/LLM APIs (Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI) and AI coding assistants.
- Strong client‑facing communication skills; able to explain technical details to business users.
- Self‑directed, capable of managing full client lifecycle.
Strong pluses:
- Salesforce administration, Flow, Apex, LWC development.
- Background in financial services, wealth management, or fintech.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SEC, FINRA, other compliance).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Azure certifications (e.g., AZ‑104, AZ‑303) and/or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer) are a plus.
