Job Title: Manager, Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Role Summary: Combines technical expertise with enterprise leadership to ensure infrastructure reliability and cybersecurity maturity across multiple manufacturing sites. Focuses on establishing standards, driving disciplined practices, and improving risk posture through operational alignment. Expectations: Lead operational discipline and cultural change; translate cybersecurity risks into business terms; maintain stable, secure infrastructure via managed partners; balance security with manufacturing continuity. Key Responsibilities: - Own infrastructure reliability (networks, identity systems, endpoints, cloud) across sites. - Define and enforce cybersecurity standards (access control, segmentation, incident response). - Drive adoption of secure practices, addressing legacy behaviors and informal workarounds. - Align security initiatives with manufacturing constraints and plant safety requirements. - Manage vendor partnerships for infrastructure and security services, ensuring adherence to standards. - Prioritize and sequence infrastructure/security projects, holding partners accountable for outcomes.
