**Job Title:** Field Service Planner **Role Summary:** Coordinate and optimize field service operations for industrial machinery customers by aligning technical resources, planning schedules, and managing stakeholder expectations to ensure service delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Expectations:** - Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer and technician satisfaction, planning accuracy, and reduced operational downtime. - Translate stakeholder needs into actionable service plans, maintaining realistic task prioritization and resource allocation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and coordinate field service activities (appointments, technicians, resources) across internal/external teams, ensuring alignment with customer commitments. - Monitor and improve planning quality through adherence to standard processes, checking request completeness, and enforcing planning rules. - Foster collaboration with stakeholders (Project Managers, Customer Care Managers, Procurement) to resolve constraints and optimize service workflows. - Communicate updates (confirmations, changes, delays) to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and minimizing uncertainty. - Leverage software tools (Salesforce, SAP, Resco) for task management, scheduling, and documentation. **Required Skills:** - Advanced organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Strong problem-solving capabilities for scheduling under operational constraints. - Proficiency in stakeholder communication and conflict resolution. - Working knowledge of field service logistics (competency mapping, technician workflows). - Technical literacy in enterprise software (SAP, Salesforce) and productivity tools. - Language fluency in at least two of: Dutch, French, English. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (preferably technical or engineering background). - Minimum 2 years’ experience in field service planning or B2B industrial scheduling. - Familiarity with food & beverage industry systems or processes preferred.
