Job Description
Job Title Sales Development Representative – French Market Role Summary B2B SaaS SDR responsible for building, qualifying, and managing a pipeline of mid‑market French companies (€10‑200M revenue). Drive early-stage engagement with C‑level buyers (CEOs, CFOs, Treasurer) and collaborate closely with Account Executives to convert qualified opportunities into closed deals. Expectations - Execute targeted, personalized prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn. - Own pipeline from initial outreach to hand‑off for closing, with compensation tied to pipeline conversion. - Meet or exceed performance metrics (call volume, connections, demos, average deal size, conversion rate). - After 18 months, become a fully qualified sales professional capable of independent end‑to‑end sales. Key Responsibilities 1. Conduct cold‑call outreach and personalized email campaigns to identify key decision‑makers. 2. Use SPICED methodology to perform discovery and qualification meetings, uncovering pain points and critical business needs. 3. Demonstrate Agicap’s value with tailored use cases and nurture relationships with prospects. 4. Manage pipeline ownership, tracking stages from prospect to qualified opportunity. 5. Coordinate with AE on hand‑off criteria and support strategic account meetings. 6. Monitor and report on KPIs; provide field feedback to refine sales strategy. 7. Stay current on mid‑market sales trends and competitor activity. Required Skills - 1–3 years of B2B SaaS SDR or AE experience, preferably interacting with C‑level executives. - Strong communication, listening, and negotiation abilities. - Hunter mindset with proven ability to set and achieve aggressive targets. - Analytical aptitude; ability to discuss complex financial pain points with executives. - Proficiency in HubSpot and other sales tool stacks (Sales Navigator, Lusha, etc.). - Ability to handle objections and articulate solutions clearly. - Autonomous, results‑oriented; capable of self‑directing prospecting efforts. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred. - Professional sales certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales Software, Salesforce, or equivalent) are an advantage but not mandatory.
