Own end‑to‑end content cycles, from brief to execution, ensuring optimal reach through organic and paid LinkedIn, SEM, SEO, and analytics tools. **Expectations** - 2–5 years experience in an agency or consultancy, managing several client portfolios. - Deep understanding of B2B brand development and metric‑driven optimisation. - Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and maintain clear project oversight. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute integrated content strategies for each client. - Translate strategy into actionable briefs for content creators and media buyers. - Plan, schedule, and oversee delivery of organic and paid posts, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives. - Analyse performance data (LinkedIn analytics, Google Analytics, SEA platforms) to optimise ROI and iterate tactics. - Apply SEO best practices and SEA bidding strategies to boost visibility. - Act as the liaison between client stakeholders and internal creative/production teams. - Manage budget allocation for paid media and report spend vs. results. - Challenge status‑quo through data‑driven insights and present findings to clients and internal leadership. **Required Skills** - B2B content strategy and storytelling. - Social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and paid campaign execution. - Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEM platforms). - SEO knowledge (keyword research, on‑page optimisation, link building). - SEA bidding and performance optimisation. - Project management, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication. - Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, or equivalent preferred.
