**Job Title:** Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant
**Role Summary:** Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions for complex projects, including M&A integrations, AI enhancements, and platform governance.
**Expectations:** Deliver business‑aligned Salesforce architecture that is maintainable, integrates with cross‑functional teams, and drives user adoption and data quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with product, project managers, and business analysts to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce designs.
- Design and configure Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Lightning Pages, Custom Objects, Record Types).
- Act as solution lead for Salesforce projects, particularly M&A, org consolidation, user onboarding, and data harmonisation across new acquisitions.
- Mentor and support administrators, developers, and integration teams to deliver well‑architected solutions.
- Champion rollout of AI‑enabled features (e.g., Einstein GPT, Next Best Action, Prediction Builder) and Data Cloud initiatives.
- Create and maintain documentation: solution designs, process flows, platform architecture diagrams.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and design reviews with Agile teams.
- Enforce best practices for platform governance, release management, data model design, and security.
- Keep current with Salesforce releases, AI advancements, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years functional consulting experience on Salesforce.
- Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and/or Revenue Cloud.
- Proficiency in declarative configuration (Flows, Automation, Custom Objects, Record Types).
- Proven experience in M&A‑related Salesforce workstreams (org merges, user migration, data deduplication).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and platform limits.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Collaborative mindset with Agile cross‑functional teams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
