Job Description
Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer Role Summary: Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise‑grade Salesforce solutions, ensuring high code quality, scalability, and adherence to security best practices. Expactations: Deliver complex custom applications, maintain architecture integrity, collaborate cross‑functionally, and stay current with Salesforce technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust Salesforce architecture. - Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. - Build and maintain Field Service Lightning configurations for scheduling and mobile workforce. - Implement Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, and portal solutions to support user engagement. - Create and enforce role hierarchies, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets. - Design, develop, and test integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP, including authentication and error handling. - Write unit tests, maintain code coverage standards, and conduct peer code reviews. - Manage source control, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DevOps practices. - Document designs, solutions, and best‑practice tips. - Mentor junior developers and promote a collaborative development culture. Required Skills: - 5+ years’ experience in Salesforce architecture and custom development. - Expertise in Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. - Proven experience with Field Service Lightning, Sales Cloud, Community Cloud. - Strong understanding of security models: profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, sharing rules. - Hands‑on integration development (REST, SOAP) with robust error handling. - Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and Salesforce DevOps tooling. - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. - Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Platform Developer II highly desirable.
