Job Description
**Job Title:** Account Supervisor **Role Summary:** Lead the development and execution of integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns for a major client in a highly competitive industry. Serve as the primary liaison between the client and agency teams, ensuring strategic alignment, flawless delivery, budget adherence, and sustained brand leadership. **Expectations:** - Minimum 4 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or related fields. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. - Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills. - Excellent verbal, visual, and written communication with meticulous attention to detail. - Collaborative team player capable of building relationships across digital, creative, strategy, production, and external partners. - Experience in the agriculture sector is a plus. **Key Responsibilities:** - Translate client business and communication objectives into integrated digital and traditional campaign executions. - Manage client budgets, coordinate with finance for invoicing, budget control, and revenue forecasting. - Contribute strategic insights to early‑stage creative concepts and guide their development. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal agency teams (Digital, Creative, Strategy, Production). - Coordinate remote and multi‑market teams, ensuring consistent delivery across all touchpoints. - Coach and support account team members to streamline day‑to‑day operations. - Prepare and deliver client presentations and internal briefs. **Required Skills:** - Integrated marketing planning and execution (digital & traditional). - Budget management and financial reporting. - Strategic thinking and ability to influence creative direction. - Client relationship management and stakeholder communication. - Strong presentation and storytelling abilities. - Superior organizational, time‑management, and detail‑orientation. - Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, PMP) are advantageous but not mandatory.
