Job Description: Job Title: Solutions Architect Role Summary: Design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable, and cost‑efficient architecture solutions for client organizations, leveraging AWS, Amazon Connect, and AI‑driven technologies. Serve as a technical consultant, translating business requirements into robust system designs and facilitating cross‑functional collaboration. Expactations: - Deliver high‑quality, production‑ready architectures that meet performance, security, and compliance standards. - Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to define functional and non‑functional requirements. - Provide expert guidance on cloud, integration, and AI technologies to achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyze client business processes and technical environments to identify architecture opportunities. 2. Create and communicate detailed architecture designs, diagrams, and documentation. 3. Lead technical specification reviews, feasibility studies, and proof‑of‑concept implementations. 4. Oversee the integration of AWS services, Amazon Connect, and other cloud or on‑premise systems. 5. Ensure adherence to security, governance, and cost‑optimization best practices throughout the solution lifecycle. 6. Mentor development teams, conduct knowledge transfer sessions, and support deployment activities. 7. Stay current on emerging AI and cloud technologies and recommend adoption strategies. Required Skills: - Proven experience in solution architecture and system design. - Strong proficiency with AWS services and Amazon Connect or Contact Centre platforms. - Consulting experience: requirement elicitation, stakeholder management, and solution delivery. - Solid understanding of software development methodologies, integration patterns, and API design. - Business process design and optimization knowledge. - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities. - Familiarity with AI‑driven applications and tools (optional). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. - Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional preferred.
