Job Description
**Job Title**: Project Coordinator **Role Summary** The Project Coordinator supports cross‑functional project teams by managing project plans, administrative tasks, and financial tracking. The role focuses on improving internal efficiency and serves as a developmental step toward independent project management. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate, timely project documentation and status reports. - Maintain project budgets, billing schedules, and financial risk monitoring. - Ensure quality control and version control of all project artifacts. - Coordinate with Account Services to provide consistent client updates and resolve requests. **Key Responsibilities** - Open new projects in the management system and configure project templates. - Assist in developing and updating project plans, timelines, and deliverables. - Create and distribute weekly and daily status reports to internal teams and clients. - Route documents, assign next‑steps, and track progress against deadlines. - Maintain electronic filing systems, version control, and project records. - Manage project budgets, enter billing schedules, and monitor against contracted timelines. - Initiate AR invoice requests and reconcile budgets upon project completion. - Support upload of projects into client electronic review and approval platforms. - Provide administrative support such as data entry, report generation, and document handling. - Help Account Services communicate financial and status updates to clients. - Ensure all quality control (e.g., editorial, graphics) is completed before final delivery. **Required Skills** - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Attention to detail, timeline management, and problem solving. - Excellent written and interpersonal communication. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Ability to learn and operate electronic content management systems. - Analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution. - Integrity, confidentiality, and accountabilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). - (Optional) Prior experience in a role requiring multitasking and organization.
