**Job Title:** Frontend React Developer **Role Summary:** Build high‑performance, pixel‑perfect React/Next.js interfaces from Figma designs, develop reusable components, and maintain clean, responsive CSS. Collaborate with UX/UI designers and back‑end teams on complex, high‑stake digital projects. **Expectations:** 2+ years of frontend development experience, strong CSS skills, advanced React proficiency, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously on structured, demanding projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop modern, performant React/Next.js interfaces - Convert Figma mockups into pixel‑perfect frontend components - Create reusable, maintainable component libraries - Write clean, optimized HTML5/CSS3, using Tailwind or modern CSS architecture - Ensure responsive design across all devices - Optimize front‑end performance and implement best practices - Collaborate with UX/UI designers and back‑end developers for seamless integration - Contribute to continuous improvement of front‑end processes and standards **Required Skills:** - React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript - Advanced CSS3 (layouts, responsiveness, animations, UI precision) - Tailwind CSS or equivalent modern CSS framework - Version control (Git) - Figma (reading and implementing designs) - Performance optimization (SSR, web vitals) – bonus - Familiarity with Drupal headless or REST APIs – bonus - UX, accessibility, and technical SEO awareness – bonus **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
