**Job title:** EMEA Regional Commercial Director **Role Summary:** Lead the commercial strategy and sales execution for the EMEA region, driving revenue growth, partnership development, and market expansion in Retail Media, AdTech, and MarTech sectors. **Expectations:** - Deliver on regional revenue targets and market share objectives aligned with global goals. - Expand the client base through strategic partnerships and high-level stakeholder engagement. - Demonstrate measurable impact on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and customer expansion. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute an EMEA‑specific sales strategy, identifying high‑growth markets and tailoring approaches to local retail environments. - Build and nurture relationships with major retailers, Retail Media Network leaders, and C‑suite executives. - Represent EMEA sales interests in industry events, events and forums, positioning the organization as a thought leader. - Oversee the full sales funnel: pipeline management, CRM data integrity, pricing, negotiations, and contract legalities. - Provide accurate revenue forecasting and KPI reporting to senior leadership. - Partner with Customer Success to deliver seamless onboarding, upsell opportunities, and ongoing program success. - Lead and mentor a distributed sales team across multiple time zones, fostering a high‑performance culture. **Required Skills:** - 10+ years of B2B commercial sales experience in Retail Media, AdTech, or MarTech across EMEA. - Proven success scaling enterprise sales operations within a complex, regulated environment. - Deep knowledge of EMEA retail, programmatic advertising, and privacy regulations (GDPR/ePrivacy). - Executive‑level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Fluency in English; additional proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is a plus. - Expertise with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and a data‑driven approach to sales coaching. - Strategic thinker with agility in fast‑paced, high‑growth settings. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (MBA or advanced degree preferred). - Relevant certifications in Salesforce, sales management, or related fields are advantageous.
