Job Title: Customer Success Manager Role Summary: Account for the success and growth of Passport’s direct-to-consumer e‑commerce clients, ensuring they fully leverage in‑country fulfillment services and additional Passport products to expand globally. Expectations: - Foster trusting relationships with key stakeholders. - Drive account expansion and retention through strategic planning. - Deliver measurable customer value and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute growth plans for top‑performing accounts. - Coordinate daily support activities for clients using in‑country services. - Collaborate with Head of Strategic Accounts and VP of Customer Success on enterprise opportunities and onboarding. - Serve as primary contact for customer needs, pain points, and escalations. - Travel to client sites to strengthen relationships. - Work with product and engineering to propose enhancements and data stories. - Author and refine internal processes and workflow documentation. - Keep abreast of industry trends and Passport product updates. Required Skills: - 2‑5 years in account management or customer success (e‑commerce and Salesforce experience preferred). - Strong customer‑centric mindset focused on happiness and retention. - Empathy, initiative, and creative problem‑solving. - Clear communication with executives, marketers, engineers, and sales teams. - Self‑motivated, cross‑functional team player able to multitask. - Resourcefulness in finding solutions. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. ---
