**Job Title**
DevOps Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of a high‑availability SaaS cybersecurity platform. Oversee a cross‑functional infrastructure team, ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of cloud, on‑premises, and database environments while driving automation and incident response processes.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production IT and infrastructure management, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated success leading technical teams and coordinating with development, product, and security functions.
- Proficiency in cloud, container orchestration, automation, and compliance frameworks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and monitor all production infrastructures (servers, networks, cloud, databases).
- Ensure system availability, robustness, and security; enforce SLA targets and performance metrics.
- Design and implement preventive maintenance, backup/recovery, and security procedures.
- Lead deployment of updates, feature rollouts, and automation of operational workflows.
- Own incident handling: rapid diagnosis, escalation, resolution, and root‑cause analysis.
- Collaborate with development, security, and product teams to embed operational constraints into design.
- Develop and mentor the technical production team, fostering skill growth and knowledge sharing.
- Negotiate and oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Maintain compliance with ITIL, ISO 27001, RGPD, and sector‑specific security regulations.
**Required Skills**
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Outscale, Scaleway) and virtualization technologies.
- Expertise in Linux infrastructure, cloud networking, and SQL/PostgreSQL database administration.
- Strong command of automation and orchestration tools: Kubernetes, Rudder, Rundeck (or equivalents).
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, vulnerability assessment, and IT security standards.
- Proven ability to monitor system KPIs, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.
- Analytical approach to complex, critical incident resolution.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security credential; Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or similar; Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent.
