Job Description

**Job Title** Business Intelligence Specialist **Role Summary** Administer and enhance enterprise business intelligence solutions, focusing on Microsoft Power Platform and SAP BusinessObjects. Drive security, governance, and deployment best practices while supporting data integration, reporting, and automation across the organization. **Expectations** - Deliver robust BI solutions day‑to‑day with high reliability. - Maintain and evolve data models, security, and deployment pipelines. - Communicate clearly with stakeholders and document processes for compliance. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and dataflows. - Administer SAP BusinessObjects environments: security, universe design, report deployment, and batch scripting. - Perform access control, security audits, and form processing ensuring regulatory compliance. - Apply DevOps principles to build, test, and deploy BI artifacts. - Create and update documentation (architecture diagrams, data lineage, SOPs). - Troubleshoot performance issues, data quality, and user requests. - Collaborate with data, analytics, and development teams on data integration and automation. - Support PowerApps and Power Automate solutions, including basic code maintenance. **Required Skills** - Proficient in SAP BusinessObjects (security, universe design, report deployment). - Strong SQL and batch scripting. - Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate). - Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and customer‑support skills. - Ability to document processes accurately and comprehensively. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Certifications in Microsoft Power BI or BusinessObjects administration are preferred.
