**Job title:** Senior Brand Manager
**Role Summary:** Lead strategic planning, execution, and financial management of one or more priority consumer health brands, delivering P&L results while driving innovative, digitally first marketing initiatives across retail and e‑commerce channels.
**Expectations:**
- Own end‑to‑end marketing strategy and maintain P&L accountability, aligning brand objectives with company financial targets.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset, working autonomously with limited resources and tight timelines.
- Foster cross‑functional collaboration and influence external partners (agencies, retailers, e‑commerce platforms) to achieve brand goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute annual and long‑range brand plans, including advertising, promotions, research, and digital campaigns (Paid Social, SEM, SEO, Influencer, Organic Social, Content, Connected/Streaming TV, Programmatic Video/Display).
- Manage program logistics: timelines, budgets, analysis, and day‑to‑day execution.
- Conduct market analysis, generate actionable insights, identify unmet needs, and support enterprise strategy.
- Provide best‑in‑class sales enablement materials for retail presentations; collaborate closely with Category Management and e‑commerce teams (Amazon, Walmart.com).
- Coach, develop, and manage junior marketers, building a high‑performance team.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities, with a proven ability to achieve business results through collaboration.
- Strategic thinking and prioritization to balance short‑term and long‑term brand objectives.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of senior brand marketing experience (CPG, personal care, homecare); agency experience excluded.
