Key Responsibilities: • Lead product vision, roadmap, and execution for B2B and consumer product lines. • Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities. • Write product requirements, use cases, and value stories that guide engineering and go‑to‑market teams. • Partner with engineering, UX, and ops to ensure on‑time, high‑quality releases. • Own launch plans, including pre‑ and post‑product go‑to‑market activities. • Gather and analyze metrics post‑launch to iterate and scale features. • Champion product insights internally, presenting to senior leadership and cross‑function teams. • Mentor and coach team members and stakeholders on product concepts and best practices. Required Skills: • 5+ years product management experience in B2B/B2BC environments. • Proven track record of delivering features that generate measurable value for buyers and users. • Strategic thinker with pragmatic execution and functional ownership mindset. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; data‑driven decision making. • Excellent written and verbal communication, narrative and storytelling skills. • Proficiency in influencing cross‑functional teams without direct authority. • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and complex initiatives. • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, evolving settings, embracing iteration and feedback. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a technical field. • Preferably SCRUM or other agile certification. • Experience with non‑profit fundraising, e‑commerce, or AI‑powered solutions is a plus.
