Job title: Director of Marketing Role Summary: Senior leadership role responsible for crafting and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy, positioning, and communications to drive demand generation and support long‑term growth. Leads the development of clear, technology‑centric messaging, builds scalable marketing processes, and positions the brand as a thought leader in digital ownership infrastructure. Expactations: - Deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives. - Translate complex platform architecture into consumer‑friendly messaging. - Generate measurable demand and pipeline support for the sales organization. - Activate and engage a large industry network to generate qualified leads. - Scale marketing function and infrastructure to support growth. Key Responsibilities: - Define market positioning, core messaging, and communication frameworks. - Create and optimize digital marketing channels (website, content, social media). - Plan and execute demand‑generation campaigns, analyzing performance data to refine tactics. - Coordinate outreach to a 200‑k+ real‑estate professional network, driving awareness and engagement. - Develop thought‑leadership content and product communications. - Work cross‑functionally with product, engineering, sales, and leadership to ensure alignment. - Build and standardize marketing processes, tools, and workflows for scalability. - Support sales enablement and customer engagement initiatives. Required Skills: - Strategic marketing leadership in technology or high‑growth environments. - Brand development, messaging, and market positioning expertise. - Digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and social media proficiency. - Demand generation, lead qualification, and pipeline development. - Strong analytical skills for campaign performance measurement. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration. - Ability to design, implement, and scale marketing processes and infrastructure. - Product marketing experience, translating technical features into business value.
