Job Description

Job Title: Studio Coordinator Role Summary: Coordinate studio operations, manage inventory and equipment, and support short‑form video and live content production for a fast‑paced, sustainable fashion brand. Expectations: Freelance contract, 2 days per week (Tuesday & Friday) at the warehouse studio. Must balance organization, creative production, and operational support independently, demonstrating confidence on camera and proactive initiative. Key Responsibilities: • Schedule and oversee studio use on contract days, ensuring equipment, lighting, and set‑up are ready for filming and photography. • Coordinate garment preparation, including staging, steaming, tagging and organization for shoots and live streams. • Assist in filming and editing short‑form video content for social media platforms; present on camera for product showcases and live shopping sessions. • Support live and digital campaigns by preparing props, coordinating styling, and participating in live presentations when required. • Maintain inventory accuracy and studio space organization; coordinate movement of items between studio, listings and content teams. • Perform general admin and coordination tasks to aid smooth workflow between departments. Required Skills: • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. • Comfortable on camera and experienced in creating engaging digital content. • Creative understanding of fashion, garment presentation, and styling. • Strong communication, independent working style, and initiative‑driven mindset. • Prior studio, fashion or content production experience a plus. Required Education & Certifications: • Minimum: High‑school diploma or equivalent (no advanced degree required). • No specific certifications required.
