Job Description: **Job Title:** Crisis Communication Consultant **Role Summary:** Support executive teams (CEO, HRD, CCO) in addressing strategic and sensitive communication challenges, including organizational transformations, restructurings, and crisis management. **Expectations:** Contribute to managing high-stakes communication projects under the supervision of a Project Director, focusing on complex contexts requiring strategic and reactive communication solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in developing and executing crisis communication strategies. - Produce critical deliverables: stakeholder mapping, risk assessments, communication plans, messaging frameworks, FAQs. - Monitor and analyze media, institutional, and social environments to inform recommendations. - Support stakeholder engagement and dissemination of messages during sensitive operations. **Required Skills:** - Strong written and analytical skills for crafting clear, impactful communication. - Proficiency in media, public, and institutional context analysis. - English (professional proficiency in writing and speaking). - Ability to structure and advocate complex messages systematically. - Adaptability in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (IEP, business school, journalism, communications) or equivalent. - Prior experience in crisis/strategic communication (internship or full-time role in agency or enterprise). - Demonstrated interest in social issues or industrial law advantageous.
