**Job Title:** Customer Care – Apprenticeship **Role Summary:** Assist in the end‑to‑end customer journey from contract signing to ongoing account management. Provide first‑line support, coordinate onboarding, maintain client data integrity, and collaborate cross‑functionally to improve services. Progress from supported tasks to strategic initiatives for key accounts. **Expectations:** - Active participation in onboarding and support processes. - Demonstrate growing autonomy and initiative over the apprenticeship period. - Interact professionally with clients via email, phone, and ticketing systems. - Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Tech teams to relay client feedback and recommend improvements. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Onboarding:** Prepare contractual documents, configure accounts in internal tools, and support operational launch of new contracts. - **Customer Support:** Respond to client inquiries, manage ticket workflows with partners, and perform first‑level responses or escalations. - **Operational Tracking:** Update client records, prepare status reports, and monitor contractual milestones. - **Internal Collaboration:** Work with Sales to collect onboarding data, liaise with Product/Tech to communicate client feedback, and document processes. - **Continuous Improvement:** Suggest enhancements to client communication flows and internal tools (templates, FAQs, databases). **Required Skills:** - Excellent written and verbal communication in French (English proficiency optional). - Strong organizational and project management abilities. - Proficiency with CRM or customer‑service platforms and standard office software. - Ability to learn new tools quickly and work independently. - Customer‑centric mindset and proactive problem‑solving. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current enrollment in a business, HR, or project‑management program (or equivalent). - Prior experience (internship, part‑time role, or apprenticeship) in customer relations, project coordination, or HR environments preferred. - Interest in health‑insurance, workplace well‑being, or general HR topics. ---
