Job Description
Job title: Junior Commercial Developer (H/F) Role Summary: Drive B2B sales for an engineering consultancy by identifying new opportunities, engaging decision‑makers, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Contribute to commercial strategy while building a personal client portfolio and translating technical project concepts into tailored solutions. Expactations: - Deliver measurable sales results and grow the client base. - Operate independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating accountability. - Exhibit a proactive, hunter‑type mindset and strong communication skills. - Be mobile and willing to travel across France for client meetings. - Quickly adapt to technical subjects and industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct active prospecting to generate new leads. - Initiate and maintain contact with key decision‑makers (calls, meetings, networking). - Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects and existing accounts. - Understand technical project requirements and propose suitable consulting or engineering solutions. - Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals. - Participate in the formulation and execution of the company’s commercial strategy. - Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting on sales activities and results. Required Skills: - Proven B2B sales experience (internship, apprenticeship, or 1‑3 years). - Strong verbal communication and negotiation abilities. - Self‑starter with a results‑oriented, hunter mentality. - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to technical products. - Autonomous, dynamic, and ambitious approach to work. - Comfortable with frequent travel. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or equivalent. - Commercial or sales certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
