Job Description
**Job Title:** Key Account Sales Representative **Role Summary:** Drive revenue growth and manage strategic key accounts for a leading apparel and consumer goods organization. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, promote product lines, and maximize customer satisfaction. **Expectations:** - Achieve sales quotas and forecast accuracy for assigned accounts. - Secure new business and upsell within existing key accounts. - Maintain high client retention and satisfaction levels. - Support company’s sales plan and initiatives over a 16‑month contract term. **Key Responsibilities:** - Present, promote and sell apparel products and seasonal programs to key accounts. - Generate, review, and follow up on orders; maintain accurate forecast data. - Plan and conduct customer visits—remote and in‑person—aligned with promotional calendar. - Conduct needs assessments, identify growth opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions. - Coordinate sales activities with colleagues in finance, operations and customer service. - Develop new leads and maintain a sales pipeline for future business. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments. - Process payment follow‑ups, request billing/PO information, and facilitate account opening/credit checks. - Resolve customer issues in liaison with credit and operations. - Participate in regional and national sales meetings; execute ad‑hoc projects as required. **Required Skills:** - Account management experience (3‑5 years) in apparel, retail or manufacturing. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. - Analytical, problem‑solving and prioritization abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Customer‑focused, collaborative, results‑oriented mindset. - Adaptability to a fast‑paced sales environment. - Bilingual English/French preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Post‑secondary diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred. - Relevant sales or account management certifications a plus.
